The main thing we do: a lot taken from bare dirt to a finished house. Most of ours are built on spec, so when one is available you can walk through it before you buy.

If you own the land, or found a parcel you like, we'll walk it with you and price the dream house you want on it.

Extra bedroom, opened-up kitchen, finished basement, garage. The same crews and the same oversight as a new build, on a house that's already standing.

Stamped concrete patios, decks, and the grading and hardscape that make a backyard usable. The quickest way to get more use out of a yard you already have.

You get the owner on your job site
Jacob hires every trade himself and is there while they work, so a framing mistake gets caught before the drywall goes on. There is no project manager in between.

Jessica designs every house herself
A big builder hands you off to a design center and a set of finish packages. Jessica works through your house room by room, so it doesn't come out looking like the one next door.

Your house is not one of forty
Jacob runs a limited number of sites at a time, so your build gets the same attention at the end that it got at the start.

Jacob owned houses before he built them
He started out fixing and selling houses, bought four apartment buildings and ran them, then earned his Michigan builder's license. He learned the trade by doing the work himself, which is why he can price a job standing in your driveway.
